    • In original condition with all tags intact
    • In original packaging
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • Product is damaged due to use
    • Tags are removed
    • Request is made after 7 days

  • We offer reverse pickup service in selected locations
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the product to our address
  • Shipping charges may apply (if applicable)

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear images/Unboxing videos as proof
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
