  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders 
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied on COD

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all orders
  • A small additional charge of ₹70 apply for COD orders.
  • Our team may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Remote locations
  • High order volume

Zarero is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
  • Zarero will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery.
  • If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos for quick resolution.
